About Me

Finding the right therapist starts with feeling comfortable, understood and heard.

I began training as a therapist following experiences of sudden loss in my own life. I knew that if I truly wanted to support others, I would need to commit to learning to do that as well as I possibly could, and that commitment to learning has never really stopped.

I'd describe myself as a warm, friendly person who helps people feel at ease quickly. My passion for continuing to learn and develop new approaches comes directly from wanting to offer the very best to my clients, whoever they are and whatever they're going through.

My Approach

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to care, curiosity and change, creating a space where people feel believed, supported and treated with dignity.

I offer you the chance to reflect on whatever difficulties you're experiencing, in a safe and confidential environment, with someone outside your day to day life.

Having someone impartial to talk to can make a real difference. Together, we explore your situation in a way that opens up fresh perspectives and a clearer understanding of yourself.

Counselling isn't about me handing you solutions or advice. It's about empowering you to make your own changes, so you can take back control of your life.

I work with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I bring the same care and attention to every client I see, whatever they're bringing to the room.
